By using Wapuufy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Wapuufy is a free selfie camera app for the WordPress community. It provides AR Wapuu overlays and AI-powered face-to-Wapuu portrait generation at WordCamp events. The app connects to WordPress Multisite backends operated by event organizers.
3. User Content
- You retain ownership of photos you take with Wapuufy
- By uploading photos to an event gallery, you grant a non-exclusive license to display them within the app and event website
- AI-generated Wapuu portraits are derivative works — you may share them freely
- You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload photos of others without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app or AI generation process
- Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
- Circumvent security measures or rate limits
5. Event Organizers
WordCamp event organizers configure their own branding, AI style prompts, and Wapuu models. Each event operates its own subsite on wapuu.app. We are not responsible for content or settings configured by event organizers.
6. Disclaimer
Wapuufy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, AI generation quality, or availability at specific events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wapuufy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
